10)     Application: Piperonyl Butoxide (PBO) is a pesticide synergist, especially for pyrethroids and rotenone. It does not, by itself have pesticidal properties. However, when added to insecticide mixtures, typically pyrethrin, pyrethroid, and carbamate insecticides, their potency is increased considerably.
